As the 2022 wedding season quickly approaches we are looking back at one of our favorite weddings from 2021. Maddy & Jonah’s July 3rd wedding turned out to be the most picturesque day! As always, Catherine Eichel Photography, did a stellar job capturing the whole day!!
Maddy & Jonah relocated to Denver from Iowa after finishing school and after Jonah’s proposal in BV during a weekend get away they knew they’d be coming back to the area to tie the knot. We were thrilled when they choose the SteamPlant to celebrate the start of their next chapter together!
We were equally thrilled when they choose three of our favorite vendor friends to help put together their big day! They opted to bring in the always popular cross back chairs from Settings Event Rental to add to their charming & rustic theme. Jane from Rancho Verde Flowers created a beautiful arrangement to go on our ceremony arbor. She also put together simple yet stunning mason jar arrangements to go on the dinner tables. Of course Catherine was an excellent choice to document all the beautiful details & moments from this day.
One of the most memorable moments had to be when the Best Man & brother of the Groom gave his toast to the newly weds. We’ve never seen anyone knock it out of the park quite like he did & not a dry eye was left in the room! The toasts were followed by another epic SteamPlant dance party. One last honorable mention from this day was the guest favors. The bride created the cutest DIY trail mix bar for her guest to make & take their very own personalized favor.
